TERMS OF USE FOR Be.EZ USERS IN MALAYSIA
Important – please read these terms carefully. By using the Service (as defined below), you agree that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed with the Terms of Use. You further agree to the representations made by yourself below. If you do not agree to or fall within the Terms of Use of the Service and wish to discontinue using the Service, please do not continue using the Application (as defined below) or the Service.
The Terms of Use stated herein (collectively, the “Terms of Use” or this “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you and BIZSENSE DIGITAL SDN BHD. (1238450-K) (the “Company”).

Be.EZ App | The electronic payment system is established and managed by the Operator for Be.EZ Merchants and Users by way of a Credit Point (EZ). |
EZ Point (EZ) | Credit point is an electronic payment currency which is denominated in Ringgit Malaysia at an exchange of RM1 to 1 EZexchange. The EZ can only be converted from Ringgit Malaysia, and cannot be converted back to any form of cash currency. |
EZ Wallet | The EZ Wallet stores the EZ balance which can be used to make transactions at any Merchant Outlet under Bizsense Digital Sdn Bhd. |
EZ Wallet Transaction | A completed and successful transaction made on the Be.EZ App by the User to a Merchant for a purchase at the Merchant’s outlet which may be a payment using CASH, EZ or a combination of the two |
Merchant | The tenant as defined in the Be.EZMerchant Agreement who accepts the use of Be.EZ App and is participating in the Be.EZ App Programme. |
Merchant Outlet | The tenant’s outlet as defined in the Be.EZMerchant Agreement that accepts the use of Be.EZApp and is participating in the Be.EZ Programme. |
Be.EZ member/user | A participant of the Be.EZ App. |
Discount promotion | Discount promotion is only available if the Merchant Outlet entitles an event for a discount amount larger than the usual discount of maximum 20%. |

Redemption Transaction | The balance EZ in the EZ wallet will be deducted to get a certain amount of discount set by the Merchant on the cash payment OR the balance EZ may be added by the merchant for an amount made in cash or card by the user, but the user is not entitled to the discount if the points are added to the EZ wallet. |
Discount Day | The discount day is only applicable to the days the Merchant’s Outlet has set to be. Users can only use the EZ to be entitled for a discount set by the Merchant on the cash payment on the selected days. |
General
These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to you as a Be.EZ Member in relation to your use of Be.EZApp and your participation in the Be.EZ Programme. You are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions of use upon signing the Be.EZ App and Be.EZ Application Form and using Be.EZ App. In relation to all electronic applications via our online channels, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use upon checking the "I Agree” checkbox before clicking on the "Sign Up" button.
Eligibility
You are eligible to apply for the Be.EZ App account only at any one time and the Operator reserves the right to reject multiple applications if in the Operator’s sole and absolute discretion the applications are made by the same person.
Application, Validity, Renewal
All applications to join the Be.EZ App Programme and to apply for a EZ Wallet and a 1 and its subsequent renewals can be made at:
a) Be.EZ App website via https://www.beez2u.com/
b) Be.EZ Mobile App
During the application process, you will be required to set a Be.EZ App Login Password and a Payment PIN. You must not disclose your Be.EZ App Login Password and Payment PIN to anyone and must take all steps to prevent its disclosure. You will be fully liable and responsible for all activities undertaken using your Be.EZ App, and EZ Wallet and the Operator will not be liable for any compensation, loss or damage arising from the use of your Be.EZ App, and EZ Wallet.
The Be.EZ has no expiry date and is only valid at Be.EZ Merchant Outlets. The Be.EZcannot be transferred or exchanged back into any form of cash currency. The Be.EZis non-refundable under any circumstance.
Disputes
If you wish to dispute any transactions in relation to Be.EZ App or Be.EZ Wallet Transaction due to an error or discrepancy (other than a request for a Refund), you must submit your dispute on the required form together with the required documents and information at any Customer Service Centers within 3 days from the date of the transaction which is being disputed.
The Operator will review your request within 3 working days from the receipt of your request so long as you have provided the Operator with all the required documents and information.
